As a transracial adopted Chinese woman, whose adopted mother died when I was young, with a strong background in Outdoor Education, and a clinically significant leaning towards Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) framework - an integrative approach to harness an interdisciplinary ability of consilience and truth outside of "disciplines" resulting in the natural healing of all humans - I'm here to be a guide on your journey. My specialty is in grief, integration, anxiety, depression, couples counseling, and family therapy.
